comfortable bed immediate communication metro access
The apartment included a washing machine and a drying rack. the bed was very comfortable (i slept really well!). communication was immediate. They ensured i was able to check in smoothly. i liked that the location was outside of the city center, yet major areas were accessible by metro.
the air conditioning did not seem to work very well at night. it was really hot in the room at night. opening windows was not a viable option due to noise from traffic.

Solid Stay with Great Location
simple check-in convenient location fun touch useful locker
Check-in was simple with the provided door codes. A photo of the building's front helped confirm the correct spot. The location is very convenient, placing major attractions within a reasonable distance. A polaroid camera, ready for use, was a fun, unexpected touch in the room. The available luggage locker service was particularly useful for storing bags after check-out.
The shower stall was a bit small. It was hard to avoid bumping into the doors.

Staff communicated efficiently, providing codes for easy access to both the building and the apartment. They addressed issues promptly. I met them occasionally and they were caring.

A bakery located in the building offered very convenient options for breakfast. The nearby supermarket across the street also made getting food very simple. There are many other eatery venues nearby.

inadequate soundproofing disruptive noises
I must say the soundproofing was rather inadequate. I could hear my neighbors rather clearly. It reminded me of the walls were made of cardboard. The noises were disruptive, and I even heard a baby crying from another room. It was like living in a poorly constructed dollhouse instead of a real building.

traffic noise non-functional aircon
The apartment was equipped with everything needed.
The room was very hot at night. The air conditioning did not seem to work well. Opening the windows was not an option because of the heavy traffic noise in the area. Homeless people were staying in the park just opposite the building.

Fantastic Stay!
keyless entry speedy response mini kitchen gym access
I really enjoyed the keyless entry. It made arrival and departure so easy! The speedy response time from customer service via WhatsApp was helpful. I found the inclusion of a mini kitchen and in-room laundry facilities so convenient! The gym access down the street provided a good workout.
The corridors was a bit scuffed, and darker than expected.

This place is close to Atocha, so it is convenient and near the train station! Bus stations are very close, so it's easy to move around. Many good restaurants are within walking distance, and a big 'mercado' is nearby, too.

Communication was super easy with the team, and they responded quickly to my messages. The check-in and check-out process was streamlined and hassle-free via the app. This was very convenient. I felt well taken care of!

I really appreciated the small details like the high quality of the shampoo, conditioner and handwash! These touches. The web apps were intuitive and simple to use! It would be even better if there was a phone app, too.
