I appreciated having convenient appliances like a washing machine and cooking facilities. The location IS GREAT, near the train station and art museums. Contact via WhatsApp was quick and helpful, so I felt supported.
The air conditioning did not work well. The room got very hot at night. I could not open windows because of the loud traffic.

Breakfast is available at nearby restaurants. There are several options with different styles. The traditional spanish option was especially great due to the friendly staff and good food.

The spacious apartment included a kitchen. It also included two bedrooms with double beds. This apartment was well equipped, and very clean. I found the large bed especially comfortable.

inadequate soundproofingdisruptive noises
I must say the soundproofing was rather inadequate. I could hear my neighbors rather clearly. It reminded me of the walls were made of cardboard. The noises were disruptive, and I even heard a baby crying from another room. It was like living in a poorly constructed dollhouse instead of a real building.

The apartment was equipped with everything needed.
The room was very hot at night. The air conditioning did not seem to work well. Opening the windows was not an option because of the heavy traffic noise in the area. Homeless people were staying in the park just opposite the building.

I really enjoyed the keyless entry. It made arrival and departure so easy! The speedy response time from customer service via WhatsApp was helpful. I found the inclusion of a mini kitchen and in-room laundry facilities so convenient! The gym access down the street provided a good workout.
The corridors looked a bit scuffed, and darker than expected.

This place is close to Atocha, so it is convenient and near the train station! Bus stations are very close, so it's easy to move around. Many good restaurants are within walking distance, and a big 'mercado' is nearby, too.

Communication was super easy with the team, and they responded quickly to my messages. The check-in and check-out process was streamlined and hassle-free via the app. This was very convenient. I felt well taken care of!

I really appreciated the small details like the high quality of the shampoo, conditioner and handwash! These touches. The web apps were intuitive and simple to use! It would be even better if there was a phone app, too.
